FAQ

Finances are difficult.

That's why we want to help you.

What do you mean by reduced interest rates on credits?

We lower the interest rate on existing loans in the form of e.g. installments, credit cards and personal loans. In other words, you can refinance your credits or installments up to 300,000 kr.

How do I apply with an existing credit to Anyfin?

Download the Anyfin app or apply at anyfin.com. To apply, log in with BankID and select the option "New Application". Then select your current lender from the list. If you can’t find your current lender, go to the bottom of the list and click "upload image". Then take a picture of your invoice. You can add multiple loans from different lenders to the same application in the same way. Then fill in your contact details and sign using Mobile BankID. If we can lower your interest rate, we usually send you an offer within a few minutes.

How can you lower my interest rate?

By offering individual interest rates based on an overall assessment rather than offering everyone the same conditions we can give interest rates that are likely lower than what your current lender offers. We also have fully automated processes that keep the costs down. But the most important reason is that your current lender is probably charging more than they should.

Can I redeem my credit with you in advance?

Absolutely, you can always redeem your credit at no extra cost. You find your current debt and payment information under My loans in the app.

How do I set up direct debit and my own payment plan?

To set up direct debit, you need to be logged in to our app, there select on the invoice “Set direct debit” and then “Set up direct debit ”and fill in your clearing and account number. Check that the information is correct and confirm. Once you have set up direct debit, you can choose to set up a payment plan, where you can choose from different payment plans or set up your own and then decide for yourself how much you want to pay each month.

How do I link my bank account to the Anyfin app?

To add your bank account, you need to be logged in to the app. Then you go to “My loans” and select the option “My bank account” which you can find towards the bottom of the page. Then click “Connect bank account” and fill in your clearing and account number. Done!

Before the Application

Do you take a credit report?

Yes, we take a credit report. It is the basis for our credit rating. No matter how many invoices you submit we only take one (1) credit report from Upplysningscentralen (UC) which is valid with us for 30 days. If you already are an Anyfin-customer, the validity period is 60 days. Read more at www.uc.se

Are there any hidden fees?

We have no hidden fees. You as a customer only pay amortization and interest. You can also always pay off your credit early at no extra cost. Our goal is that you will never need to question whether you have fair conditions - it should always be a given.

What types of loans can I refinance?

Currently, we can help with credits such as installments, credit cards, personal loans or other similar credits. We are unfortunately unable to help you with your mortgage.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No, it is always free to apply for a reduced interest rate from Anyfin.

How much can I apply for?

We can refinance credits up to SEK 300,000.

How do I get a good picture of my invoice?

Be sure to take a clear picture with all four corners of your invoice visible in the picture. If you pay the invoice via Direct Debit, uploading a screenshot from your internet bank or mobile bank will work. On all pictures, we need information that includes your name and address, current debt, interest, any fees and payment details.

What do I do if I don’t have a monthly invoice?

Ask your lender to send you an overview, or log in to your internet bank. We accept photos, screenshots, pdfs or other image formats. A good rule of thumb is that you should be able to see all four corners of the invoice.

If I have already paid the invoice for my credit this month, what do I do then?

You can always send your invoice to us, regardless of whether it has been paid or not. If you submit a paid invoice you can let us know via chat or telephone in connection with the application so that we can correct the amount accordingly.

Can I pay by direct debit?

We offer payment by direct debit. You can sign up for direct debit payment in our app.

After Application

Can I pay off my credit with you early?

Of course, you can always pay more or choose to pay off your credit entirely at any time at no extra cost. You will find your current debt on my pages or in the app.

What happens to my credit when you transfer it?

When we transfer your credit to us, we only pay off your existing debt with your previous lender. Beyond that, nothing changes. It will not affect e.g. the limit of your credit card, the points you’ve collected during the year or the ability to use the same service again. When your credit is moved you start paying us, but at a lower interest rate.

When do you pay off my invoice?

As soon as you have accepted our offer with Mobile BankID, take it about 1-3 banking days before the payment is registered with your current lender. In connection with that we pay from your credit / invoice and you will receive a confirmation from us and one credit agreements with general terms and conditions.

When do you send out my monthly invoice?

The monthly invoice is sent out in the middle of each month and should be paid no later than the last day of the month.

What happens after an application is submitted?

We will process your application immediately after you submit it and in connection with us handling it, we take one credit report (UC) in order to be able to determine if we are able to help you. Regardless if we can give you an offer or not, we will always let you know via email or SMS.

I already have a credit with you, can I still apply?

Of course! Just submit a new application and we will do a new assessment to see if we are able to help you with additional credits. Remember that we can refinance up to a total of 300 000 SEK, taking all of your credits into account.

Where can I track my credit with you?

You can easily log in to our app or go to “My Pages” on our website. Identify yourself with Mobile BankID in order to see the current balance of the credits you’ve moved to Anyfin. You can also see your payment details, previous payments, your balance on the invoice, and access the other services we offer.

What’s the reason you weren’t able to lower my interest rate?

This may be due to the information provided by the credit report, or that the credit would be too large in relation to the risk we can accept. If we can’t offer you a better interest rate than what you currently have, we also will not be able to proceed with your application. If you have any more questions, you are welcome to contact us at: 08-665 60 60.
